- Bottom wavy hollow lightweight structure: integrally formed by SLM 3D printing, internal hollow area is unreachable for CNC tools;
- Upper precision mounting holes, datum surfaces & fitting cavities: finished by 5-axis CNC milling, meeting aerospace-grade dimensional tolerance and surface quality;
- One-piece molding without welding seams, weight reduced by more than 40% compared with traditional forged CNC parts.
