KT TOOL's Additive Manufacturing department operates SLA, SLS, and DMLS platforms, covering photopolymer resins, engineering-grade nylons, and metal powders including AlSi10Mg, 316L stainless, and Ti-6Al-4V. We print functional prototypes, end-use production parts, and tooling inserts — all traceable to material certs and build logs.
Our metal DMLS capability is especially valued by aerospace and medical clients who require complex internal channels, lightweight lattice structures, or geometric freedoms that are impossible with conventional subtractive machining. Turnaround starts at 24 hours for resin prototypes and 5 days for metal builds.
