Vacuum Cast Parts
When you need prototype or bridge-production parts that replicate the look, feel, and performance of injection-molded components—without the tooling costs—KT TOOL's Vacuum Casting service is the ideal solution. We use master patterns created with our in-house SLA printers to cast polyurethane and silicone-rubber parts with shore hardness ranging from 20A to 85D. This process allows us to replicate overmolded, transparent, or textured surface finishes within 7–10 business days.
Typical applications for our vacuum-cast parts include consumer electronics housings for usability testing, medical device enclosures for regulatory submissions, and automotive interior trim mockups for OEM approval. We handle quantities from 5 to 500 pieces, and full material data sheets are available upon request.
