Injection Molding Components

KT TOOL's Injection Molding division manages the full production lifecycle — from mold flow analysis and DFM consultation to tooling fabrication, production molding, and outgoing quality control. We run single-cavity prototype tools to multi-cavity family molds in hardened steel, processing thermoplastics such as ABS, PC, PA66+GF, POM, PEEK, and liquid silicone rubber (LSR).

Our molding presses range from 50 to 1,600 tons, serving complex overmolded assemblies, thin-wall housings, and insert-molded connectors for automotive, medical, and consumer electronics OEMs. All molds are built and maintained in-house, protecting IP and ensuring rapid engineering change turnaround.
