End-to-End Contract Manufacturing Since 2005
Modern workshops, advanced machinery, and strict process control ensure consistent quality from prototyping to mass production.
Equipment and Facilities
KT TOOL is a group company headquartered in Qingxi Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Established in 2005, we have grown from a single CNC workshop into a world-class certified contract manufacturer occupying over 50,000 square meters of production floor with more than 500 skilled engineers, machinists, and quality specialists.
What sets KT TOOL apart from a typical machining job shop is our integrated, one-factory manufacturing model. Rather than outsourcing secondary operations and losing control over quality and lead time, we house every critical process under one roof: CNC machining (3-axis through 5-axis), sheet metal and stamping, injection molding, die casting, additive manufacturing, surface finishing, and a full metrology lab. This means your parts never leave our facility until they are finished, inspected, and packed for shipment.
CNC Machining Workshop
Precision subtractive manufacturing for prismatic, rotational, and complex multi-surface components
Our CNC machining workshop is the backbone of KT TOOL: Equipped with more than 30 machining centers from brands including DMG MORI, Mazak, Haas, and Fanuc, we offer a full range of CNC capabilities—from 3-axis vertical milling to full simultaneous 5-axis machining, as well as CNC turning with live tooling and sub-spindle.
The workshop features climate-controlled environments to ensure consistent dimensional stability. Our tool library holds over 2,000 professional cutting tools, supporting high-precision and high-efficiency machining.
