Adopt precision plastic injection molding process. Molten plastic is injected into precision mold cavity at high pressure, integrally forming complex open structure, mounting holes and positioning posts, followed by blue textured coating treatment. It has high production efficiency and excellent batch consistency.
Material Description
- Standard material: S136 Corrosion-resistant Mirror Mold Steel
- Optional materials: NAK80 Pre-hardened Mold Steel, 718H High-toughness Mold Steel
- S136: Excellent corrosion resistance & mirror polish performance, high hardness and longest service life, ideal for high-gloss automotive grille parts.
- NAK80: Pre-hardened without quenching, easy machining and high cost performance.
- 718H: High impact toughness, suitable for large-size complex structural parts.
