Detailed Description
This centrifugal impeller is the core working part of centrifugal fluid machinery. Integrally milled from solid aerospace-grade aluminum alloy bar via 5-axis linkage CNC, the blade passage adopts high-efficiency aerodynamic design with twisted profiles smoothly transitioned by high-precision CNC machining to reduce airflow loss and eddy currents. The central hub and shaft hole are integrally formed with high coaxiality, enabling high-precision interference or key connection with the spindle. Under high-speed rotation, it converts mechanical energy into fluid pressure energy to achieve efficient pressurization. Lightweight, high-strength and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy material can operate stably under high-speed and high-temperature conditions, widely used in power equipment in aerospace, automotive, energy and other fields.
