This precision electroplated deep groove ball bearing is a core support and anti-friction component for various rotary transmission systems. Integrally formed by turning, quenching and superfinishing from GCr15 bearing steel, the inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements are treated with precision electroplating to form a uniform and dense chromium/nickel metal coating. It not only achieves a mirror-bright surface effect, but also significantly improves surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing rust, wear and medium corrosion, extending service life under humid, acidic and high-dust conditions. The coating is firmly bonded to the substrate without affecting dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance, and can directly replace ordinary bearings in scenarios requiring higher anti-rust and wear resistance.
