Surface Treatment Technology

Full process: Degreasing → Acid passivation → Phosphating conversion pretreatment → High-voltage electrostatic powder spraying → High-temperature melting curing. Matte silver epoxy-polyester powder is adsorbed electrostatically and formed into dense film at high temperature, fully covering hollow spoke dead angles.
