The timing belt tooth clamp plate (timing belt splint / open timing belt connecting plate) is a core fixing part for linear timing belt transmission mechanisms. Integrally cut from solid aluminum alloy profile, it is precisely milled with meshing tooth grooves matching the timing belt pitch on the inner side. The tooth surface fully engages with timing belt teeth. Equipped with slotted adjustment mounting holes, it locks and compresses the timing belt through bolts, realizing the butt joint of open timing belts and rigid fixing between timing belts and sliding blocks/transmission modules. It completely solves the problems of slipping, offset and falling off of timing belts during transmission, ensuring transmission accuracy and stability under high-speed reciprocating motion.
