This SLS nylon 3D printed special-shaped tube housing is a functional structural part that can be directly produced without molds. It is integrally formed by laser sintering nylon powder without support structures, capable of printing internal cavities, special-shaped tubes, flange mounting holes and window structures to perfectly restore the complex flow channels and mounting interfaces of the design. PA12 nylon material features high strength, high toughness, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, which can withstand long-term use in fluid media and industrial environments. The matte frosted surface has anti-slip texture, can be used directly, or optimized in appearance and performance through post-processing such as sandblasting, coloring and dip coating.
