Low-volume production places higher demands on consistency and delivery efficiency. Backed by high-precision equipment and a stable production system, KT maintains reliable output even in small batches—ensuring each part meets consistent dimensional accuracy and quality standards. By minimizing batch variation and uncertainty, we help reduce trial risks and keep projects moving forward efficiently.
Detailed Description
When handling high-mix, low-volume demands, KT remains responsive while maintaining delivery pace, without compromising quality or lead time. This SLS nylon 3D printed housing is a functional structural part that can be directly produced without molds. It is integrally formed by laser sintering nylon powder without support structures, capable of printing complex curved surfaces, hollow-outs and multi-step structures to perfectly restore design details. PA12 nylon material features high strength, high toughness, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, which can withstand repeated assembly and industrial environment use for a long time. The matte frosted surface has anti-slip texture, can be used directly, or optimized in appearance and performance through post-processing such as sandblasting, coloring and dip coating. It is the preferred solution for electronic equipment housings, tooling positioning fixtures and consumer electronic accessories.
Manufacturing Process
- SLS/MJF 3D printing: Laser sintering nylon powder, integrally forming complex housing structures
- Powder cleaning and post-processing: Removing residual internal powder to ensure unobstructed openings and cavities
- Optional sandblasting, coloring and dip coating to optimize surface texture and wear resistance
- High-precision holes, openings and mounting posts formed in one pass, no secondary processing required
Overall process: SLS Selective Laser Sintering, mold-free rapid prototyping, focusing on low-volume customization and functional verification of complex structural parts.
