It is integrally formed by laser sintering nylon powder without support structures, capable of printing complex curved surfaces, hollow-outs and multi-step structures to perfectly restore design details. PA12 nylon material features high strength, high toughness, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, which can withstand repeated assembly and industrial environment use for a long time. The matte frosted surface has anti-slip texture, can be used directly, or optimized in appearance and performance through post-processing such as sandblasting, coloring and dip coating. It is the preferred solution for electronic equipment housings, tooling positioning fixtures and consumer electronic accessories.
