This precision circular flange cavity base is a core mounting and fixing part for servo motors, rotary modules, reduction mechanisms and precision rotary platforms. Integrally turn-mill formed from solid bar stock, with flat end face, integrally milled special-shaped cavities, positioning steps and precision locating stops. The evenly distributed countersunk mounting holes on the outer circle perfectly match the shapes of motor output shafts, rotary spindles and reduction mechanisms, enabling high-precision coaxial centering installation, greatly reducing vibration and runout during rotation, and ensuring smooth operation and transmission accuracy under high-speed conditions. High rigidity and fatigue resistance, with high-precision end face flatness and perpendicularity, it can be directly mounted on equipment frames, slides and module bases.
